These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of exterminatordispatch.com (the “Site”), operated by Exterminator Dispatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By calling the number on this Site, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What We Are

Exterminator Dispatch is a free, nationwide referral and dispatch service. We are not a pest control company, we do not perform inspections or treatments ourselves, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We connect homeowners and businesses with independently owned, licensed local pest control operators.

2. Independent Operators

Every operator we connect you with is an independently owned and operated business. Operators are not our employees, agents, franchisees, or joint venturers, and we do not supervise, direct, or control their work. Any agreement for pest control services — including scope, scheduling, and price — is strictly between you and the operator. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for its performance.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the availability, licensing status, insurance coverage, quality, timeliness, or outcome of any operator’s work. We make reasonable efforts to route your request to a qualified local operator, but you are responsible for verifying that any operator you hire carries the license and insurance required for pest control work in your state before authorizing service. Use of the Site does not create a warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. Pricing

We do not set, collect, or guarantee pricing for pest control services. Any estimate or quote comes directly from the independent operator you are matched with and is subject to change based on that operator’s own inspection of the property.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to provide accurate information, use the Site only for legitimate pest control requests, and independently verify the license, insurance, and reputation of any operator before authorizing work. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting fraudulent requests or attempting to interfere with its operation.

6. Calls & Recording

Phone numbers displayed on the Site may be dynamically assigned for call tracking and routing purposes. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, routing, and compliance, where permitted by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how call and contact data is used.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, design, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Exterminator Dispatch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exterminator Dispatch and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your interactions with any operator we connect you with, including damages related to property, delays, or the quality of work performed by an operator. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Exterminator Dispatch harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or a dispute between you and an operator you were matched with.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in a venue appropriate to the operating business, unless otherwise required by law.
