Privacy Policy

Exterminator Dispatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates exterminatordispatch.com (the “Site”), a free nationwide referral and dispatch service that connects homeowners and businesses with independently owned, licensed local pest control operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Are

Exterminator Dispatch is a referral and dispatch service — not a pest control company. We do not perform inspections or treatments ourselves. When you contact us, we route your request to an independent, licensed local exterminator who services your area.

Information We Collect

When you call the number on this Site or submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your ZIP code or address, the pest you’re dealing with, and a callback number. Calls to numbers displayed on the Site may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, routing, and compliance purposes, and the phone number shown may be dynamically assigned for call tracking. We also collect standard website analytics, such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to match your request with an independently owned, licensed local exterminator and to operate, maintain, and improve the Site. We do not use your information to perform pest control work ourselves.

How We Share Your Information

We share the details you submit with the independent local operator or operators we connect you with, so they can contact you and respond to your request. We may also work with third-party call-tracking, analytics, and telephony providers to route calls and measure Site performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Tracking

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic preferences, measure traffic, and support call-routing and analytics tools. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some Site functionality.

Data Retention & Security

We retain the information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including matching your request and maintaining records for quality and compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking pest control services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You can ask us not to share your information further, or to delete information you’ve previously provided, by calling the number on this Site. You can also opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.

Disclaimer

Exterminator Dispatch is a free referral and dispatch service, not a licensed pest control company, and is not affiliated with any government agency. We do not perform pest control work and make no guarantee regarding the availability, quality, or outcome of any operator’s work. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to verify that any operator they hire holds the license and insurance required for the work being performed.
